CHALLENGE

As The University of Hull’s retained agency, Greenlight were challenged to investigate elite sport partnerships that delivered an ROI through enhanced reputation, new students and improved national student satisfaction.

RESULTS

We created a unique partnership where The University of Hull will become the ‘official University Partner of Team GB & The British Olympic Association. The University of Hull and Team GB will work in partnership for the next 6 years in a space which includes the Tokyo 2020 Games and Paris 2024. The two parties will work together to create co-branded degrees which will create a route from university to working with The British Olympic Association, they are the only University in the country to offer this. Professor Susan Lea, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Hull, said: “Team GB believe in everyday people achieving extraordinary things and the same ethos lies at the heart of the University of Hull”. “This is the foundation of our partnership. We believe that the extraordinary lies within everyone – but to realise this potential takes hard work, support, and inspiration.
